Established in 1975, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) studies the structure of how humans think and experience the world and has created models of how we think. From these models, techniques for quickly and effectively changing limiting thoughts, behaviours and beliefs, can be changed forever.  

It can also be described as the study of the language we use (external and internal) and our physiology in the context of producing results of excellence. Our personal state of mind affects the way we hold out bodies and visa versa; if you were to tense all your muscles and look up, saying in your head ‘Yes, yes, yes, yes …’, neurologically it would be impossible to have a negative emotion – try it.

From here, it is not only possible to remove an unwanted state or behaviour, but to replace it with what it desired instead. With this perspective it has been likened to magic; that’s alright to say but in our opinion it is a detailed understanding that leads to logical interventions.
